REFUND POLICY

To protect your personal rights, please record an unboxing video after receiving the product.

This refund policy applies to orders shipped to the United States only.

We currently do not ship to or accept returns from any other regions.

Due to the fragile nature of our bathroom mirrors and decorative mirrors, we have the following refund policy:

Standard returns are not accepted for customized or special-order mirrors.
For items with severe damage or major defects, we will review your case. If approved, we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.
For items with minor imperfections or light damage, we will review and may offer a small partial refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after review.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
For items with severe damage or major defects: full refund, no return required.
For minor imperfections or light damage: small partial refund, no return required.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
